Return Value
- Returns will be accepted Lifetime
- The refund amount will be 80% of the original purchase value.
Damage Deduction
- If the gemstone is returned damaged, chipped, scratched, or altered, the value will be assessed upon inspection, and deductions will be applied accordingly.
- In cases of significant damage, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a reduced refund based on the residual value.

Return Value

- Eligible returns will receive 90% of the original invoice value, provided the diamond is returned in its original, undamaged condition.
Damage or Alteration
- Diamonds must be returned without any damage, chipping, scratches, or alterations (including changes in setting or certification tampering).
- If the diamond is found to be damaged or altered, the return value will be assessed and deductions will be made based on the extent of the damage.
- In certain cases of significant damage, the return may be declined.
Return Requirements

We aim to provide transparent and fair value for all gold returns.
Return value based on net gold weight
- Gold returns will be accepted Life TIME
- The return value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rate of gold on the day of return.
- The gold item will be melted in front of the customer to determine the net gold weight (pure gold content).
- The final value to be refunded or credited will be based on this net weight multiplied by the current market rate.
Deductions & Conditions
- Any stones, settings, or other non-gold materials will not be counted in the gold value.
- If the gold is found to be damaged or altered in a way that affects purity, this may result in further deduction.
Buyback Policy
- Products must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Buyback is available within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase invoice or receipt is required
- The buyback value is determined based on the condition and market value of the product
- Only products purchased directly from our official website are eligible
- Final buyback value is subject to a physical inspection of the product.
- The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
