This Shipping Policy (“Policy”), outlines the procedures and policies regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased on the Gemcastle platform.
We proudly ship across India and are committed to offering a smooth and efficient delivery experience by partnering with trusted logistics providers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your orders are processed and delivered timely and safely.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Partners : We collaborate with leading third-party logistics partners (“Logistic Partners”) to deliver Products to your doorstep. Once your order is processed and dispatched, we will share the Logistic Partner details responsible for your delivery.
  • Dispatch Timelines: We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 business days from the date of order placement. However, dispatch times may vary based on product availability or customization requirements.
  • Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery timelines are 5–8 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Estimated delivery times will be shared during order confirmation and via email/SMS after dispatch.
  • Unserviceable Areas: We strive to deliver pan-India but certain pin codes or remote areas may be unserviceable. You can check serviceability by entering your area pin code at checkout. If your location is unserviceable, we will notify you promptly.
  • Customer Responsibilities: You must ensure all provided delivery details — such as your name, address, landmarks, and contact number — are complete and accurate. Gemcastle is not responsible for delivery delays or failures arising from incorrect or insufficient information provided by you.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our Logistic Partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and returned to us. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable shipping or handling charges.
  • Unforeseen Delays: Although we aim for timely delivery, some factors beyond our control — including but not limited to weather disruptions, strikes, political unrest, natural calamities, or logistic partner delays — may affect deliveries. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you updated, but we are not liable for any resultant delays.
  • Order Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email and/or SMS. This can be used on our website or the Logistic Partner’s portal to track your shipment status. Please note, tracking updates are subject to logistic partner systems and may occasionally experience lags.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹25,000.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated during checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an incorrect, defective, or damaged product is delivered, verified solely at Gemcastle’s discretion.

Returns and Reverse Logistics

  • Returns, where applicable, are facilitated via our reverse-logistics partners as per our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for shipping or delivery timelines.
  • Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • We recommend ensuring your delivery details are accurate to avoid any issues or delays.
